Personal
Details
I have
been childminding for 6 years and have looked after children
from 3 months to 12 years old. I also have experience of children
with special needs.
I have
3 boys aged 6, 9, 11 who all enjoy typical boy things and love
having childminding children to play with. We have two cats
and a large walled garden. My philosophy towards childminding
is to treat all the children exactly as I treat my own and to
have a strong relationship with their parents.
The happiness
and welfare of your child is paramount in my household (they
will soon come home and tell you if they're not happy). To the
best of my ability I will make sure that your child has fund,
feels safe and secure, is able to put his/her views forward
to contribute to the smooth running family-style care that I
am able to provide.
Whilst
your child is in my care, I am responsible for all aspects of
their social, emotional, behavioural and educational development.
Typical
Activities
We have
a very busy but flexible week depending on the ages and needs
of the children.
Monday
mornings - soft play or feeding the ducks;
Tuesday morning - Wootton Bassett childminding group;
Wednesday morning - Varying activities;
Thursday mornings - Tots and Dots;
Friday mornings - Little Acorns childminding group.
Afternoons
are a mixture of quiet indoor activities, sleeping children
and visiting friends.

I
am currently working towards my NVQ Level III in Childcare
Learning and Development, where I can further develop my
childminding practise and enhance my level of knowledge
and care so that I can help ensure your child reaches their
full potential before they start school.
Contractual
Details
I currently
charge £3.50 per whole hour for children under 5 years of ago
and £3.25 for those over the age of 5. I offer either
a full time contract or a term time contract only for school
children. I charge full pay for your sickness or holidays.
I do not
charge for my own sickness or holidays and do not work bank
holidays.
I take
two weeks holiday in August.
Vacancies
I currently
have some part-time vacancies, please call me for details of
availability.
I also
offer school drop-offs and collections from Fynamore School
and Sunny Day Nursery.
