Personal Details
Hello my name is Clare Waldron,
I live on the south side of Calne with my partner Tony and our
daughter Kelsey who is 9 years old, we also have a dog called
Lady and she is a 20 month old golden retriever. I have been
a registered childminder since September 2005.
I am also a member of NCMA and
have Public Liability Insurance.
Typical Activities
As a childminder my week is full
of fun and educational activities, depending on the ages and
abilities of the children. We tend to go to toddler groups most
mornings if the children are not attending nursery/pre school,
afternoons are taken up with naps and other activities such
as dressing up, baking, art and crafts, reading stories and
playing outside etc. I try to incorporate any routine that the
children may be used to prior to coming to me, with the routine
that I now have established already.
Training and Experience
I have the following certificates:
● ICP
● Basic food hygiene
● TRIO Child Protection
● First Aid
Contractual Details
My hours are Monday - Friday
between the hours of 07.30 and 18.30, this does depend on individual
contracts, as weekends and other times would be considered.
I do work during school holidays and will take 3-4 weeks holiday
a year.
I currently charge £3.10 per
hour which includes all meals, drinks and snacks (dietary requirements
will be catered for). I do not charge whilst I am on holiday,
but require ½ fee for holidays taken by the children. Full fee
will apply for any contracted days not attended by children
where less than two weeks notice has been given.
Vacancies
I have space for one child requiring
full-time care Monday to Friday under the age of five plus after-school
care as required.
