Personal Details
Hello, my name is Lucy House,
I live in Dowding Drive, Lower Compton. I am an accredited
Child minder registered with Ofsted with up-to-date police
checks.
As member of the National
Child Minding Association I have my public liability
insurance with them. By being accredited I am able to take
the free entitlement vouchers.
I also have my mother Carol
House as my assistant which enables us to be more flexible
around the children’s needs.
Training and Experience
I recently completed my NVQ
Level 3 in Childcare, paediatric First Aid certificate,
Child Protection, Food Hygiene and Positive Behaviour
Management.
My policy is to make growing
up fun! I ensure children enjoy a variety of different
activities and outings including trips to local parks,
feeding the ducks, visiting the library, attending toddler
groups, painting, modeling, role playing, singing, cooking,
reading…. The list is endless…. Whilst doing these I ensure
we meet the Early Years Foundation Stage as set by the
government.
Contractual Details
My rates are in line with
other childminders in the area. Please feel free to contact
me to discuss your requirements.
Vacancies
I am able to collect or drop
off from Cherhill or Holy Trinity. I have full and part-time
spaces available for under 5’s and can drop-off/pick-up
from local nurseries or pre-schools. I also offer out of
hours, weekends, overnight care and babysitting, for which
the fee will be agreed depending on requirements.
